Uladzimir Lankevich is a resident of Baranavičy convicted under Part 1 of Art. 14, Art. 309 of the Criminal Code (intentional disabling of a vehicle or means of communication and attempting to commit this crime).
The three defendants (Siarhei Bohdan, Uladzimir Lankevich and Viktar Ivantsou) made six attempts to block railway traffic. Some failed, and in two cases the blocking worked: as a result, train traffic was disrupted.
On April 27, 2021, the Baranavičy District Court sentenced Lankevich to three years in a general-security colony.
