Uladzimir Kazeka from the Drahičyn district (Brest region) was arrested on May 9, 2023, at the Terespol-Brest border (the Poland-Belarus border) checkpoint when returning to Belarus. His cell phone was checked, and after that, he was arrested.

It is known about several administrative trials of Uladzimir Kazeka. Thus, on May 10, 16, 26, and June 7, 2023, he was tried under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences ('Distribution of extremist materials') and punished by administrative imprisonment. The last time he was sentenced to 15 days of arrest.

His place of residence and the homes of his relatives were searched. Since his arrest, Uladzimir Kazeka was detained at the temporary detention center of the Lieninski District police station in Brest.

On the night of June 22-23, 2023, Uladzimir Kazeka was released from the temporary detention center.

Uladzimir was arrested again on October 28, 2023, in Drahičyn district. He was taken into custody under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code for distributing information products included in the republican list of extremist materials.

Kazeka was released on December 11, 2023.
