Uladzimir Dalshou

Uladzimir Dalshou was detained on March 14, 2022, as part of a criminal case for group actions that grossly violate public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

Uladzimir was going to meet his wife Santa Franchuk who was to be released after serving her administrative arrest. However, he himself was asked to come up for a talk with law enforcers, during which he was detained for the pictures from the rallies, which were found on his wife's phone.

On July 21, 2022, the case of Santa Franchuk and Uladzimir Dalshou was heard in the court of the Saviecki district. They were both sentenced to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
