Tatsiana Petrukovich was detained on charges of financing the activities of an extremist group (Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code) due to her donations to protest resources.
Initially, she was detained under Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for hooliganism on October 31, 2023, and sentenced to 30 days in jail. However, she was not released and was later detained under the criminal article for her donations.
Currently, she is being held in the pre-trial detention center.
