On August 12, 2021, the Minsk Centralny District Court considered the case of designer Tatsiana Minina, who was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: threatening police officers with violence (Article 364 of the Criminal Code), insulting a judge (Article 391 of the Criminal Code), insulting a government official (Article 369 of the Criminal Code). The case was considered by Judge Dzmitry Karsiuk.
She was sentenced to 4 years of restricted freedom under home confinement ("domashnyaya khimiya"). In addition, Tatsiana must pay the specified amounts to all the victims who filed claims for compensation for moral damages. The total amount is 13000 rubles.
