Sviatlana Braciankova

Sviatlana Bratsiankova is a resident of Minsk sentenced to two years of restricted freedom in an open-type correctional facility under the criminal case of participation in group actions that grossly violate public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

According to the indictment, Sviatlana Braciankova actively participated in several unsanctioned mass events - on August 16, August 23, and September 6, where she clapped her hands loudly, went out onto the roadway and obstructed the movement of public transport in various streets in Minsk, thus grossly violating public order and comfort of citizens.

The woman pleaded not guilty.

On June 25, 2021, she started to serve her sentence.

It was reported that Sviatlana was released from jail in September 2023.
