Stanislau Nestseruk is a resident of Brest, sentenced to three years in penal colony. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (Participation in riots).

Nestseruk was found guilty of participating in "mass riots" in the streets of Brest on August 10–11, 2020. Also, according to the prosecution, he caused physical damage "in the form of two wounds in the area of the first finger of the right hand" to Ihar Kaliahin, and beat other victims.
