Stanislau Blashko was detained on November 24, 2021, under an administrative case. However, after serving his arrest, he was not released. A criminal case was opened against him for group actions that grossly violate public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).
On March 25, 2022, Judge of the Frunzienski District Court of Minsk Alena Busheva found Stanislau guilty of participation in protests under part 1 of article 342 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 3 years in an open-type penitentiary. Stanislau was released awaiting the commencement of the sentence.
