Sergey Sanyuta, a resident of Baranavičy, was sentenced to three years in a general-security penal colony under Part 1 of Article 130 (Incitement of hatred).
He was found guilty of posting a message on the Baranavičy 97% Telegram chat on August 12, 2020, which was considered a call for violence.
