Siarhei Paulovich was detained on December 13, 2022, in an administrative case. At first, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative imprisonment, then another 12, but instead of being released after he served his term he was redetained in a criminal case on insulting comments on the Internet (Article 369 of the Criminal Code).

Since February 9, 2022, he is being held in pre-trial detention center.

On June 20, 2022, the court found Siarhei guilty and sentenced him to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony and fined 200 basic units.
