Siarhei Maushuk is a protester suspected of involvement in "mass riots" in Pinsk on the night of August 9.

Siarhei faced charges under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in mass riots). In early December 2020, he was placed under house arrest.

On April 30, 2021, Judge Yauhen Brehan of the Maskoŭski District Court of Brest sentenced the defendant to 6 1/2 years in a medium-security penal colony.
