Siarhei Monich is a resident of Zaslaŭje near Minsk convicted on charges of "hooliganism" and "insulting police officers."

Monich was detained on December 21, 2020.

On April 2, 2021, the Minsk District Court found him guilty of spray-painting “Riot Police are Murderers”, “3%” (Part 1 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code, "hooliganism") and "Kubrakou is a Fascist" (Art. 369 of the Criminal Code, "insult of a representative of the authorities"). Monich was also convicted of possession and transportation of drugs, 0.1 g of marijuana, without the purpose of sale (Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code). He was sentenced to an aggregated term of 3 years in a general-security penal colony.

In September 2023, Siarhei was released from jail.
