Now he is charged with 'threats against civil servants on the Internet' under Article 130 of the Criminal Code ('Inciting racial, national, religious or other social hatred or enmity'). Besides, he is accused of leaking some information about his former classmate, a law enforcement officer, to the Black Book of Belarus Telegram channel. 58 criminal cases were opened against Siarhei Mardzilovich.
