Siarhei Mardzilovich worked as an international transportation manager at the Transglobal logistics company. He has two minor children.
He posted 43,000 comments in more than 30 online communities. Now he is charged with 'threats against civil servants on the Internet' under Article 130 of the Criminal Code ('Inciting racial, national, religious or other social hatred or enmity'). Besides, he is accused of leaking some information about his former classmate, a law enforcement officer, to the Black Book of Belarus Telegram channel. 58 criminal cases were opened against Siarhei Mardzilovich.
He was pardoned and released on September 16, 2024.
