According to the accusation, on December 5, 2020, he committed deliberate actions damaging other people's property. Having prepared at least 4 plastic bottles of a flammable combustible mixture, he deliberately set on fire a cigarette kiosk, which resulted in a fire that damaged the property of Energo-Oil company.
