On July 31, 2023, the Brest Regional Court found Siarhei Yeudakimenka guilty and sentenced him to seven years of imprisonment in a medium-security penal colony.

Yeudakimenka was charged with 'supporting incitement to other social hatred and enmity' (under Part 6 of Article 16 and Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code) for leaking police officers' data from the local land cadastre where he worked to the protesters' Telegram channels in 2020. Besides, his cell phone was seized as the "means of committing the crime". Judge Andrei Siz pronounced the sentence.
