Siarhei Dumava is a resident of Viciebsk convicted of crimes under Part 1 of Art. 293 (organization of mass riots), Part 3 of Art. 293 (training for riots) and Art. 341 of the Criminal Code (vanalizing buildings and damage to property).

According to the indictment, the man used his mobile devices to spread information on the Internet about the rules and methods of movement during unauthorized protests and on using personal vehicles to obstruct the actions of law enforcement officers. Dumava collected and disseminated information about the locations and routes of police officers. In the period from October 1, 2020 to March 22, 2021, he was engaged in activities aimed at "systematic damage to property." Using spray paints, he "vandalized" the property of the city water supply operator, Vitebskvodokanal. In particular, he spraypainted political slogans "Long Live Belarus!", "3%", "Red Guerrilla", "Leave" and others.

On September 17, Siarhei Dumava was sentenced to 9 years and 15 days in a medium-security penal colony.
