Siarhei Drazdouski is director of the Office for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
He was detained on February 3, after he and the NGO's legal counsellor Aleh Hrableuski were questioned by officers of the Investigative Committee. As a result, Drazdouski was placed under house arrest to await official charges.
The day before, February 2, the two human rights defenders spent seven hours under interrogation at the Department for Financial Investigations.
On July 31, Drazdouski was released to await his trial under travel restrictions.
