Siarhei Borshch is a Russian citizen. He was arrested on July 21, 2022. On July 24, a ‘repentant’ video appeared, where the man tells that he took part in the rally and went onto the road surface, and was also subscribed to the ‘destructive’ Nexta Telegram channel.
Borshch was accused of ‘group actions that grossly violated the public order’ under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
