Siarhei Bialevich is resident of Minsk detained on May 19, 2021 and placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1.

He was charged under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization or active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order).

Prior to detention, Siarhei lived with his mother, who has a disability of the second group and needs constant care.

On September 16, 2021, the Frunzienski District Court of Minsk sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary (“khimiya”). Bialevich was released in the courtroom to await an appeal hearing.
