Siarhei Bely was convicted by the Minsk City Court under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code. On October 2-5, 2023 the case was considered by Judge Alena Ananich. He was born in Kherson, Ukraine, but lived almost all his life in Belarus.
On December 29, 2023, he was added to the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
