Siarhei Adaska was accused of insulting Aliaksandr Lukashenka (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code), insulting a government official (Article 369 of the Criminal Code) and desecrating state symbols (Article 370 of the Criminal Code).
On August 14, 2023, he was sentenced to two 1/2 years in a general-security penal colony by Baranavichy and Baranavichy District Court.
