On January 26, 2022, the Lieninski District Court of Minsk sentenced Siarhiej Alsheuski to two years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. He was found guilty under part 1 of article 342 of the Criminal Code. According to the indictment, he took part in the group actions, a rally on August 10-11, 2020, which violated the public order and involved evident disobedience to the police.
He will also be forcibly treated for alcohol abuse in the colony. The claim of Minsktrans in the amount of 21.667 rubles and 87 kopecks will be considered in civil proceedings.
It is known that the man has three minor children.
