Raman Haluza is charged under Part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code (High treason). Details of the case are not known. The case is being considered by Judge Alena Shylko.

On July 19, 2022, Raman came to Belarus and disappeared: nothing was known about his whereabouts, while the search and rescue team "South-West" announced his search. Later it became known that Haluza was alive and his whereabouts were determined - without any details. But Raman's friend in social networks wrote that he was in the KGB pre-trial detention center.

Haluza lived in Poland for 9 years before being detained. He did volunteer work, including helping Belarusian refugees. According to his friend, Raman's arrest may have been planned in advance by the Belarusian security forces.
