Piotr Patapovich and his wife were arrested on December 5, 2023.
The couple had been previously detained in 2020 during the March against Terror. They were fined for disobedience to a lawful requirement of an official (Article 23.4 of the CAO) and participation in an unauthorized mass event (Article 23.34 of the CAO).
At the moment, he is being held in custody due to a criminal case under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).
