Pavel Nazdra

Pavel Nazdra was detained on charges of facilitating extremist activities under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code for sending a photo of Russian military equipment to Bielaruski hajun Telegram channel.

Pavel is known for being a representative of the Green Watch eco-initiative in Mazyr. He ran a number of environmental actions and initiatives in the city, which were also attended by representatives of the authorities. Pavel Nazdra is also one of the co-founders of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party.

On 15 September 2022, Pavel was sentenced to two years of imprisonment.

He was released from prison on January 26, 2024.
