Natallia Vasilevich was detained on December 15, 2021. She was charged under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code (Insulting the President) and Art. 369 of the Criminal Code (Insulting a government official).

She is being held in pre-trial detention center.

The first court hearing was held on June 7. On June 10, the state prosecutor requested to send Vasilevich to an open-type correctional facility for three years. The court found no mitigating circumstances and granted the prosecution's proposal to sentence Natallia Vasilevich to three years of freedom restriction in an open-type correctional penitentiary.

On June 14, the Saviecki District Court of Minsk considered the criminal case against Natallia Vasilevich, who was charged with insulting a government official under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and insulting the President under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
