Natallia Lupan was accused of committing a crime under Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 203-1 of the Criminal Code (Illegal actions in relation to information on private life and personal data).

It is known that in connection with this criminal case Natallia was arrested on November 2, 2021. Previously, in September-October last year, she served a 30-day administrative detention under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code for reposting materials from "extremist channels". At that time, mass arrests were carried out across the country in the "Zeltser case".

The court sentenced the woman to three months' imprisonment.
