Natallia Davydka was detained during a "solidarity raid" in late January 2024. She is accused of supporting political prisoners and their families under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code (facilitating extremist activities) and Article 342 of the Criminal Code (active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order).

Natallia's trial began on September 16, 2024, and the case is being considered by Judge Vera Halaukova of the Minsk City Court.
