Mikhail Vasilkou was arrested on January 31, 2022, in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

He was charged and transferred to pre-trial detention center.

On April 7, 2022, the court of Maskoŭski district of Minsk passed a verdict. Judge Yury Mashketau found Mikhail guilty under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 24 months under home confinement. The man was released in the courtroom.
