On January 6, 2021, the Court of Kastrychnitski District of Minsk started to consider the criminal case against military pensioner Mikhail Rudko, who was accused of violence against the official - the controller of Minsktrans Pavel Maksimovich and insulting the president.
As a result, on May 13, 2021, Judge Alena Zhyvitsa decided that Mikhail Rudko's guilt had been proved and sentenced him on the aggregate of two crimes by absorbing a less strict punishment by a more strict one to arrest for a period of 3 months.
