Mikhail Lapenas is a "Belarusneft" employee. He was detained on August 12 for being a member of a closed chat of the enterprise workers and calling for participation in protest actions, as well as creating a strike committee. Mikhail was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code:
Art. 342 (Group actions grossly violating public order);
Art. 368 (Insulting the president);
Art. 369 (Insulting a government official).
