Mikalai Liohki is a resident of Žlobin sentenced to two years of restricted freedom (“khimiya”) in an open correctional institution under Article 369 of the Criminal Code.

Liohki was convicted of insulting a road police officer.

On July 12, 2020, he left an obscene comment to a picture showing Volnich, the alleged vicitm, puting his foot on the head of an unknown person.

The convict began serving his sentence in September 2021.

In September 2023 Mikalai served his sentence in full and was released from jail.
