Maksim Shyrynski is a resident of Navahrudak, convicted by the Kareličy District Court to one year of restricted freedom in an open-type correctional institution for contempt of an official (Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).

Since June 2021, he has been serving his sentence in Mozyr open-type correctional facility No. 21.

Maksim served his sentence in full and was released on 24 June 2022.
