In 2020, Stashulionak worked as a fireman and once warned the residents of the Cascade apartment complex in Minsk that a fire brigade was going to remove the white-red-white flag they installed. After that, he was fired.

On July 10, 2023, in the Frunziensky District Court of Minsk, Judge Yuliya Krepskaya sentenced the political prisoner to 12 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.

Stashulionak was released from prison on October 21, 2023.
