Maksim Pytsel was detained on December 15, 2020 in the case of blocking railways and hanging police effigies. Pytsel was charged under Part 2 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism).

Pytsel was convicted for hanging an effigy with a sign reading “OMON” (“riot police”) and placing on the road and setting fire to three car tires.

On May 18, the Lieninski District Court of Brest sentenced Pytsel under Part 2 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code to 3 years in a general-security penal colony.
