Maksim Kuksachenka is a resident of Mazyr, sentenced to 18 months in a general-regime penal colony under two articles of the Criminal Code: Part 1 of Article 342 (Organization and preparation of actions grossly violating public order or active participation in them) and  Article 364 (Violence or threat of violence against an employee of the internal affairs bodies).

The case was brought for Maksim's participation in a protest action in Mazyr in August 2020.

Maxim was a minor at the time of sentencing.

In mid-April 2022, it was reported that Maksim was on the outside.
