Liudmila Kuzniatsova was sentenced by the Pružany District Court under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code (insulting the president) to one year in a general-security penal colony.

According to the indictment, on August 12, 2020, the woman posted a message from her husband's account on the VkKntakte social network with insulting content attacking Lukashenka.

On March 9, 2022, human rights defenders learned that Liudmila and several other women had been pardoned.
