Leu Tsialipka is a resident of Brest, a defendant in a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots) opened after the post-election protests of August 2020.
Leu was at large under recognizance not to leave, but on March 22, 2021, he was summoned to the investigator and detained there.
On November 8, the Lieninski District Court of Brest sentenced the political prisoner to 3 1/2 years in a medium-security penal colony on charges under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code.
