Kiryl Volakh is a resident of Minsk detained on August 22, 2021 as part of a criminal case of "group actions that grossly violate public order" (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

He was charged and transferred to a pre-trial detention center.

On November 12, 2021, the Centraĺny District Court of Minsk sentenced Volakh to three years of restricted freedom (home confinement). The political prisoner was released from custody in the courtroom.
