Kanstantsin Vysochyn is the creative director of the architectural bureau. He was arrested in April 2022. According to pro-government Telegram channels, the reason for his detention was his commentaries on the situation in Ukraine on social media.

After examining the man's phone, police officers brought a criminal case under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Group actions grossly violating public order). Allegedly, Vysochyn participated in the protests in 2020 and blocked traffic.

On August 12, 2022, the court found Vysochyn guilty and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom in an open-type correctional facility. The political prisoner was released awaiting the commencement of the sentence.
