Kanstantsin Shulha was detained on December 16, 2021 for participating in a student rally on September 1, 2020.
He was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order.
On March 25, 2022, Lieninski District Court of Minsk found Konstantin guilty and sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment in the penal colony. In addition, the court ruled to compensate for the damage caused by the road blocking, under the claim of Minsktrans. This is exactly what the prosecutor's office demanded. Kanstantsin was released awaiting the commencement of the sentence.
