Kanstantsin Stupnikau is a machine adjuster operator. He was arrested after a family party, during which a domestic conflict took place and the police were called. According to the prosecution, Stupnikau, being sober, in the presence of the police officers, disrespectfully referred to Lukashenka, using swear words. For this, he was arrested and sentenced to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony under Article 368 of the Criminal Code ('Contempt of the president of Belarus').
