Kanstantsin Prytulenka is a former assistant prosecutor of the Hlusk district (Mahilioŭ region).
In the "penitential" video published by the Investigative Committee, Prytulenka said that he had sent the personal data of an employee of the Hlusk district prosecutor's office and a doctor to the Black Book of Belarus Telegram chatbot.
According to the Nasha Niva Belarusian online media, in 2005, Kanstantsin Prytulenka worked as an investigator and later as the Hlusk district prosecutor assistant. It is not known where he worked before his arrest.
In total, over a dozen persons were involved in the case as victims, including the former deputy chairwoman of the Mahilioŭ Municipal Executive Committee and "the main ideologist of the city" Ala Halushka. Other victims include members of the 2020 election commissions, employees of the prosecutor's office, law enforcers, and other government officials.
On July 18, 2023, Kanstantsin Prytulenka was sentenced to six years of imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony.
