Kanstantsin Filipau was detained in Hrodna for publishing comments on the Internet in connection with the deaths of IT worker Andrei Zeltser and KGB agent Dzmitry Fedasiuk.
It is known that Kanstantsin is under criminal investigation under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official) and Article 130 of the Criminal Code (inciting social hatred).
At the end of December 2021, he was transferred from Investigative Prison to pre-trial detention center.
On May 11, 2022, the preventive measure for Kanstantsin was changed to his own recognizance not to leave.
