Kanstantsin Dudzikau was sentenced to one year and six months of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary (“khimiya”) under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities).

The convict was sent to serve the sentence on September 16, 2021.

Human rights defenders learned that on April 18, 2022, another trial took place. As a result, Kanstantsin's custody level was changed to imprisonment in a medium-security penal colony (the term and reasons are not yet known).

On September 24, 2022, Dudzikau finished serving his term and was released. During the imprisonment, he lost 26 kilograms and developed severe dental problems.
