Katsiaryna Tkachenka is a legal advisor at TUT.BY.
She was detained on May 18, 2021, in the framework of a criminal case initiated against TUT.BY for tax evasion on an especially large scale (Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code). A few days later, Tkachenka was placed under house arrest.
In April 2022 it became known that the measure of restraint was changed from house arrest to pledge not to leave.
