Yury Samusevich is a resident of Sluсk convicted on 2 April 2021 under part 1 of article 13, part 2 of article 179 of the Criminal Code (preparing to unlawfully collect private information constituting personal and family secrets of another person without their consent).

He was sentenced to one and a half years of imprisonment and a fine of in the amount of 5,800 rubles.

After the 2021 amendments to the Criminal Code, the case of Yury Samusevich was reconsidered and the man was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months of imprisonment under Art. 203-1 of the Criminal Code.

Yury served his term in full and was released in the begin of June, 2022.
