Yury Bialkevich was convicted in the Maskouski District Court of Minsk under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order or active participation in them). On January 11, 2024 the case was considered by Judge Katsiaryna Murashka.
On March 29, 2024, he was added to the list of citizens of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
On December 3, 2024, the Partisan District Court of Minsk will consider a new criminal case against Yury, this time for allegedly insulting Lukashenka (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code). The case will be considered by Judge Volha Tsaryk.
