Yuliya Kastsiuchenka, a villager, was convicted of having posted texts and videos that "contain an insult to the president" on her publicly available Instagram page.

On March 22, 2023, in the Rahačoŭ District Court, Judge Iryna Pradun found her guilty under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code ('Contempt of the President of Belarus') and sentenced her to 12 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony with confiscation of her mobile phone.
