Yuliya Harachka is a volunteer with the NGO "Nash Dom" ("Our House") based in Minsk. She was detained in a criminal case of "group actions that grossly violate public order" (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

Harachka was called a suspect in the case. Later, she faced formal charges under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code.

On 16 March the Savetski District Court of Minsk passed a verdict on Yulia Goryachko. Judge Siarhei Shatsila found her guilty and sentenced her to 1 year of imprisonment in a general-regime penal colony.

The time spent on remand was counted towards the sentence imposed, so it was considered served, and Yuliya was released in the courtroom.
